Victor B. Thomas, M.D., offers general ophthalmology care at Eye Physicians of Central Florida, including small-incision and refractive cataract surgery, medical glaucoma treatment and laser surgery. He has practiced in the Central Florida area since July 2003 and joined Eye Physicians of Central Florida in July 2005.
Dr. Thomas received his medical degree in 1999 from Wayne State University School of Medicine in Detroit and completed his residency in ophthalmology in 2003 at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center Eye & Ear Institute. He is board-certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and currently serves as a member of both the Florida Society of Ophthalmology and American Academy of Ophthalmology. He is a member of the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons and also serves in leadership of the Department of Ophthalmology at Orlando Health and the Rotary Club of Southwest Orlando.
